Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert who is on CNN and HLN's various platforms. The TV show she hosts The Last House Remaining on DIY NETWORK was launched on March 30 2012. She also serves as on camera meteorologist, and co-executive director. Her first novel to be published was EXTREME WATER Palgrave Macmillan. It was released on January 31st, 2012 by Palgrave Macmillan. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In Boston, Schneider was a three-day a-week reporter on special assignments who reported on the world of entertainment and lifestyle. She was the weather forecaster for weekends forecaster at WFOR-TV Miami before moving to WB56. She has held several jobs in meteorology and reporting, such as: News 12 Long Island, a 24-hour broadcasting network for news and entertainment, as well as WXII-TV which is the NBC affiliate located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Her other job was as a fill-in on occasion for The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
