Sadie Amara Calvano has become popular for her role as Violet Plunkett that she played on the CBS sitcom Mom. Calvano is from California, and initially was intrigued by athletics. But, she chose to make a move as an actress. In an episode of CBS's"NCIS," she made her debut "NCIS", she debuted in 2010. The biographical crime drama movie J Edgar was her big screen debut just a year later. She became one of the best young actors to be seen throughout the years. The performance she gave on 'NCIS' was nominated by the Young Artist Award 2011 for Best Performance of a TV Series that features an Guest Actress between the ages of 11-15. In 2013, for the role of a guest on Disney XD's "Kickin' It comedy show, she received another nomination for a Young Artist Award. Calvano was a key character in "Mom", the series the first three seasons of, as well as making appearances on several episodes of Season 4. She won the Gracie Allen Award of Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star for her performance in Mom.
