Sandrine Holt was born Sandrine Holt in London on the 19th of November, 1972. She was the daughter of Chinese and French parents. Her family moved to Toronto Canada when she was five, and it was her residence ever since. She began as a Paris catwalk model before opting to make a profession of acting. Her film debut was in the role of Annuka in the year 1991 with Black Robe. Her performance was rewarded with the Genie Award, the Canadian Oscar. Rapa Nui's Rise as a character in Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas and Dance with the Murderer were then followed by guest appearances and Poltergeist the Uncanny Force & Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension. John Woo's The Thief saw her appear throughout the 22 episodes. Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation and Resident Evil Apocalypse were released in 2004, but only in DVDVHS. In 2006, she was able to be offered a more prominent part in the series 24 and Twenty Four and Runaway. Holt made a few guest appearances on shows, as well as smaller roles in movies. She took a lead role in Hostages (2013), and was a character supporting on the Netflix series House of Cards. She played Julie Han, in the US remake The Returned (2015) and she was cast as Bethany Exner.
